Zarity Health Payments & Refunds

This website and or app on android & iOS is owned and operated by ZARITY HEALTH PRIVATE LIMITED. These Terms set forth the payment & refunds policy under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website (zarity.health) offers visitors "services" (teleconsultation services & chronic care memberships/plans, enables lab-tests). By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

About Payments

We use a third party payment gateway service ( razorpay, stripe) to process your payment.You can choose to pay for services, products at www.zarity.health  or via our apps on android & iOS -  through various payment modes available through the payment gateway provider.

 

  1. Money debited, but purchase not made: In most cases, your money gets auto-refunded into the original payment method within 2-5 working days. In case there's an issue, you may call your bank to inquire the status. If you need assistance, please choose to contact us, we'll help you out with required details you might need.

  2. Money debited twice:  Please get in touch with us through the contact page, we'll help you out asap.

  3. Payment method not available: All the available mode of payments are active and shown at the checkout page.

  4. International payments: We accept international cards, banks through our payment gateway provider.Please check the checkout page for available options.

Cancellations or refunds

The policy is applicable up to 30 days from the date of booking/purchase of any service through www.zarity.health
 

  1. Doctor No-Show (DNS): In case the user had booked a consultation with the provider and there was a no-show by the provider, where they were unable to attend the consultation, please contact us, within 2 days of the event, we'll either refund the entire amount or help arrange a consultation with our available panel doctors asap. The refunds could take up to 7 days from the date of processing the refund. 

  2. Patient No-show (PNS):  Users will not be eligible for a refund incase they were unable to attend the consult, at the booked slot. However user can choose to re-schedule/cancel the consultation before 2 hours of the booked consultation.

  3. Chronic Care Programs: Refunds are not applicable in chronic care plans, due to the nature of the services. However in exceptional cases where the users wishes to discontinue , they can use the contact us. to request a cancellation.
